Terms of Service

To use certain features of Flowtify, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach

You may use Flowtify to:

• Subscribe to and read RSS feeds for personal or commercial purposes
• Organize, search, and manage content
• Use AI features for summarization, translation, and personalization

You may NOT:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Abuse, overload, or disrupt our servers or infrastructure
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data without permission
• Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

Flowtify offers free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis at our discretion
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

Flowtify uses AI models from third-party providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) to provide summarization, translation, and chat features. Please note:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate or complete
• AI providers may process your data according to their own privacy policies
• Your use of AI features is subject to fair use limits based on your subscription plan
• We reserve the right to limit or restrict AI usage to prevent abuse

Flowtify and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by VoidVeda and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to the content you import or create in Flowtify (e.g., feed subscriptions, notes, custom lists). By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing Flowtify services.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Flowtify for your personal or internal business purposes.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• Your account remains inactive for an extended period
• You request account deletion

Flowtify is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that Flowtify will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of third-party content accessed through RSS feeds.
